Sineaters is the story of a lone drifter who has come to the end of a violent and bloody journey. He has the power to consume the sins of evil-doers, and the power to heal with his hands, part faith healer and part gun slinger. He loses the spiritual struggle with the Grim, a manifestation of all the evil he has removed from the world, and is turned against his sineater comrades by the cult known as the Vessels of Wrath. Working with a twisted preacher, Brother Aaron, and a darkly alluring woman who seems to guide the preacher's every decision, the sineater hunts down his friends one by one, as the battle for his soul rages on.

The film stars Tim O'Hearn as the lone drifter, with strong support from horror notables Debbie Rochon and Melantha Blackthorne, in addition to a breakout performance from newcomer Jason Bolton, whom this year also starred in Sean-Michael Argo's mythpunk action film 'Ember Days'. Additional performances from Bekah Kelso, Caleb Shaner, and Kyle Fulbright.

Hurricane Katrina strikes Louisiana, laying waste to New Orleans and much of theLouisiana coast. Some see it as God's punishment, others as a natural disaster with terrible repricussions, plenty folk call it a zombie apocalypse, others just say shit happens. But every hoodoo slinger this side of the Mason Dixon line knows that a boko named Duvalier used the hurricane to bind the loa spirit named Papa Ghede, the Lord of the Dead. With Papa Ghede no longer holding the doors to the land of the dead, now the dead spirits have returned to the world, possessing the living. The only people to remain free from possession were those happy few who were spiritually strong enough to fight off the loa, or those with the gris gris charms to protect themselves. A group of slingers, going by the names of Doctor John, Reese, and Shaner, wander the backroads of the south, scavenging for food and killing any zombies that get in their way. A radio broadcast from a whiskey drinking rogue disc jockey named Mama Juice tells of a powerful blues song that, when played by a slinger, can defeat Duvalier, free Papa Ghede, and send the loa spirits back to the land of the dead for good. The slingers make their way to the station through a post-apocalyptic landscape filled with zombies, on a collision course with Duvalier, his psychotic minions, and their own troubled past. Get some.
